Tx company deals in healthcare claims. This company helps doctors getting their stuck payments from the insurance companies by calling them.

Can we say that this company deals in healthcare claims?

Dies "deal in something" mean to buy and sell something?

It's kind of a general term. I think "deals in healthcare claims" is okay.

It can mean that. As I said, it's a general term.

Tx company [Company name] deals in healthcare claims. This company helps doctors getting get their stuck payments from the insurance companies by calling them.
Either use a fictitious company name or use what I've shown above. Using "Tx company" means nothing.
I don't know what you mean by "stuck". Are you talking about payments that are due to doctors but that insurance companies have, so far, failed to pay?

Yes.
Does "deal in something" mean to buy and sell something?
Sometimes. That's not what it means here.

I wouldn't call that healthcare claim. It's payment of medical bills incurred by the insured, by insurance companies. The particular company helps expedite payment from insurance companies to doctors for medical services. I'm sure that's only one of the insurance services the company provides.
