Depending on the flat surface of the building, it is possible to have up to 100 PV panels covering the whole roof area. Chassis cost range 150$/panel.

Can't the PV panels go on an angled roof?
Of course they can. Surfaces can be sloping and flat. I think Joj means the evenness of the surface. The presence of protrusions, drop in levels, etc would hinder installation.
