difference between "do you ever walk to school" and "do you walk to school"?

:) Hi there. I would like to know if there is some difference between "Do you ever walk to school" and "Do you walk to school" Can anyone in this forum explain me please? if so, with examples thanks a lot.

Note my corrections above in red. You quoted two possible questions so they both need to end with a question mark.

For me, the first suggests that the speaker thinks the other person rarely walks to school. The second can be taken as an open question or it can be taken to be an enquiry after the other person's regular method of getting to school.
