Do you speak English this way?

She's describing a very common tendency in American English. British people usually articulate /t/ between syllables; Americans usually reduce it to a tongue flap or palatal stop or eliminate it entirely.

I pronounce the sample words similarly to the way she does, but I don't wear her color of lipstick. :)

I understand what she's trying to do, but her pronunciation sounds a bit odd to me.

She has a pronounced foreign accent. Except for intersyllabic /t/, her English pronunciations sound like she learned British English. Her vowels are off. But she does OK at demonstrating the point she's trying to make.
