This question is about "everyone", "someone" and "somebody".

I know both "he/she" and "they" can be used as their pronouns.

But when it comes to verbs or be, we must treat them like a singular noun only?

Everyone here is tall. They are all basketball players. (the only correct way?)
Everyone here is listening to the teacher. They are our students. (the only correct way?)

Everyone here are tall. They are all basketball players. (is it wrong?)
Everyone here are listening to the teacher. They are our students. (is it wrong?)

#3 is not correct.
"Everyone" is always taken as singular, so the verb is "is"

You should have numbered the sentences for easy reference.

1) Everyone here is tall. They are all basketball players.
2) Everyone here is listening to the teacher. They are our students.
3) Everyone here are tall. They are all basketball players.
4) Everyone here are listening to the teacher. They are our students.

Do you mean no.3 and no.4 are incorrect because of the "are"?

The words everyone/everybody/someone/somebody/anyone/anybody/no one/nobody must take a singular verb agreement.

So yes, the first sentences of 3 and 4 are wrong.
