Please note my corrections and comments above.

I can't say it's grammatically incorrect, but I really don't like "Finding himself caught eating" as the opening. I have no idea what "kindly received the teacher in his office" means.

Dear emsr2d2:

First of all, thanks for your help.

"Finding his boss eating a sandwich, Rose sat down, surprised, and didn't say a word, hoping that time would pass quickly. The high school's dean quickly wiped his mouth and thanked the teacher for your prompt response to the requested meeting in his office"

Due to the previous corrections, I rewrite the sentence.

Thanks.

Dear emsr2d2.

Once again, thanks for your help.

The teacher was surprised to find her boss eating after requesting an urgent meeting in his office. She didn't expect it.

Thanks.

Maybe he was eating lunch, and because it was an urgent matter he didn't wait until he was finished before summoning her to his office.

Dear emsr2d2. Unnecessary. You're not writing a letter.

Once again, thanks for your help. Don't include thanks in posts. Use the "Thank" icon.

The teacher was surprised to find her boss eating after requesting an urgent meeting in his office. She didn't expect it. It's clear from the word "surprised" that she wasn't expecting it.

Thanks. Please stop doing this. Don't thank us in advance. After we help you, use the "Thank" icon!

I see nothing surprising in someone eating a sandwich just before a meeting.
