What is the difference between "please" and "kindly"? Why it's is it preferable to say "please"?

Remember to put words you are asking about in quotation marks. You really need to work on your spacing around punctuation. Do not put a space before a full stop, comma, question mark or exclamation mark.

Ok, thanks for the remarks. But why is it important to not leave space before an exclamation mark? is it just an OCD?

It is simply one of the accepted conventions of English punctuation that we do not put a space before a punctuation mark.

If you separate the end punctuation mark from the rest of the sentence it makes it seem like they are having trouble getting along with each other.

There is nothing OCD about using correct spacing around punctuation in written English. Putting a space before any of those closing punctuation marks is simply incorrect.
