Is there any difference between got and been in this context?

He came here only three days ago. He hasn't got used to city life yet.
He came here only three days ago. He hasn't been used to city life yet.

The 'Thank' and 'Like' buttons on this page again won't work. Since yesterday I've tried about ten times but failed. When I clicked on either button, the page would show 'javascript.//'. I suspect this has something to do with the working of my Internet.
If I get onto a domestic webpage, it only takes not more than five seconds, but if I want to get onto some foreign webpages, it will take at least two minutes (for the page to load completely).
