1- I hope that the changes to the role that I have been interviewed for have already been done and looking forward to the next step of the process.

2- I am writing to you check whether the changes to the role that I have been interviewed for have already been finalised and wonder if I can know that changes and to move forward to the next steps of the process.

Did you see the changes I suggested for your Linkedin blurb?

Thanks Charlie. I saw your kind suggestion.

I would like to edit the above paragraph as follows:

- I am writing to check whether the changes to the role that I interviewed for are finalised. If yes, Appreciate it if you could let me know what they are so we can move forward to the next steps of the process.

Better!

Here's a question for the other advisors here. Which of these do you prefer?:

- I would appreciate you letting me know

- I would appreciate your letting me know

The first one. I don't know why. It's my instinct response to your question. By the way, I am not an advisor here.:-D

It might depend on just how formal I wanted to be. If I were contacting a prospective employer, for example, I'd use the second. In most other circumstances, I'd use either the first or I'd say "I would/I'd appreciate it if you could/would let me know [asap]".
