Which is the most correct/natural way of writing a dialogue tag of this kind? I'm not referring to any specific sentence. Here is an example (also, watch the commas)...

'You're not going anywhere,' he said with his arms crossed.

'You're not going anywhere,' he said, with his arms crossed.

'You're not going anywhere,' he said, his arms crossed.
 
I would suggest this:
'You're not going anywhere,' he said with his arms crossed.
 
The versions with commas seem OK to me.
