He will have finished it.

He will be finishing it.

He is finishing it.

Can you tell me what are the differences?

You try first - add a sentence or two for context.

I just made the sentences from my remembering those somewhere like a grammar book.

Expand on your sentences then. Finish what? For what purpose? When?

Note the correct way to formulate your question.

We don't teach grammar in the abstract here.

We are more than happy to help you understand sentences you have met, or help you say what you are trying to say. We don't, however, give out general rules on the uses of certain forms. There are many grammar books around that do that.

I think you mean:

I wrote those sentences from memory. I saw them somewhere in a grammar book.

Yes, exactly.

Especially, I don't feel what the meaning of "He will be finishing it" is.

You still haven't given us some context for any of your sentences. There is absolutely no point in your copying sentences from reference books or text books without surrounding context.

Yes, exactly.

Especially, I don't know what the meaning of "He will be finishing it" is.

It looks fine to me, but it doesn't mean anything outside context.

Okay, I will try.

Q: When do you expect he will finish the work?

A: I think he will be finishing it.

Is this a good answer for the question? And in case of this, what does (A) mean exactly?

A: I think he will be finishing it.

No. The most logical answers to that question are either a time, or a day/month/year.

Q: When do you expect him to finish the work?
A: 5pm/Tomorrow/Wednesday/Next March/2026.

To use the continuous, "He's probably finishing it as we speak" is possible.

Thanks for your reply.

What is a proper question sentence for the "he will be finishing it."?

Thanks for your reply.

What is [STRIKE]a proper[/STRIKE] an appropriate question [STRIKE]sentence[/STRIKE] for the response "He will be finishing it no full stop here"?

It's not a particularly natural response to any question. It's taken me a while to come up with a possibility:

Q: What will he be doing with his painting at 5pm today?
A: He'll be finishing it.

Whenever you note down sentences, make sure you also note the surrounding context or at least the word or grammar point that the example was supposed to be helping you with.
