Your new pronunciation is better than the old one. It's much closer to how a native speaker might say the word. It's good. The sound of the /l/ could be improved but you will be easily understood.

No. They're actually different sounds. It's not a matter of clarity. I advise you to search on the Web for the difference between dark L and light L. Train your ear to spot the difference, and then try practising pronouncing those two sounds yourself.

Eaten mean said quickly.It is in my mother language,to eat it means to say it fast or even drop most of the sound.

We tend to call that "swallowing" a letter, but swallowing and eating are closely connected, of course.
