"How much money do you spend on ...?"

Could you please tell me the meaning of this sentence?

Come on, tufgoy. Can you not work out what How much (money) do you spend on clothes? means?

There wasn't any word at the end of the sentence, so I got confused. They left it blank to be filled by any word like clothes. Is it correct?

I've noticed that learners sometimes get confused by those three dots ... (also known as the ellipsis), it means that the sentence has been cut and the ... refers to the missing part of the sentence.

Why did you use "they" (plural) to represent "the person" (singular)?

Because there could be more than one person who published that blog.

In that case, you should have explained who "they" were by saying "The people who published that blog".
