Hi, I get some questions that I would like to ask teachers here.
Here are the questions : There was a lot of glasses in the cupboard, my friend asks me : Which one do you want? How should I answer him if I want the one was put under all glasses or the one was put deep inside the cupboard? Such as the red one, the left one. Thank you in advance.
And there is one more thing that I would like to ask, How to ask questions politely, especially someone I'm not familiar with, just like if I want to ask teachers in Usingenglish. Thank you again.

Welcome to the forum :hi:
You should say "there were a lot of glasses ...."
You can say the one at the bottom, the one in the middle, the one on the top or the big one on the top, the red one at the bottom.
Regarding the second question, some possible alternatives are listed below:

"Could you kindly help me with this question?"
" Could you let me know what the answer to this question is?"
"Could you please help me with it?"
" I wonder if you can help me with this question?"
Good luck
