"How to reduce carbon emissions has become an important issue." Is that what you mean?

Yes, this is exactly the pattern I want to find out about.

Could any one please answer this question?:)

Many thanks

What is your question? I can't see any apart from the one bhaisahab answered.

I want to know whether it is correct to write sentences like the following: How to reduce carbon emissions has become an important issue?

:)

Yes, it's correct. That's I believe what bhaisahab meant. :)

PS: I you want to find out more about such constructions, you may want to google cleft sentence. (I don't know how much there is to be found, but this is the structure's name.)
