How would you pronounce 'heeschee'?

Hi everyone,

I made up this word, 'heeschee', and would like to know, how would a native English speaker pronounce it? Is it hard to pronounce for native speakers?

My intention is to come up with something similar in sound to a Russian word 'ищи' (here is how it sounds: https://translate.google.com/#ru/en/ищи ). I don't need a perfect sound match, just something similar. Probably, a better version would be 'heestchee', but it looks worse.

Ishi/Ishee might work better- that's closer to what I heard.

Oh, I was under the impression, that 'i' in the beginning would sound like [ai], like in 'island' or 'iron'.

What I heard was "ish" like the ending of "English".
