If I have forgotten locking my door and I do not have a memory of it. Is it natural to say ""I forgot locking my door."?

Thanks.

I would say "I don't remember locking my door". There is no need to add "I don't have a memory of it". It is the kind of thing we would not say regularly. We would say it occasionally when we leave the house, and then realise a short time later that we are not sure if we locked the door or not.

The verb "forget" is one of those verbs that creates different meanings depending on its complement -- infinitive or gerund.

I forgot to mail the letter. (I didn't mail the letter.)
I forgot mailing the letter. (I mailed the letter)

This is the same if you substitute "didn't remember" for "forgot"
