Hello

Can you help me to know is this sentence grammatically correct ?

"I received so many threats but none of them made me nervous except one that stated he is going to kidnap my beloved daughter."

Thanks

I have changed your thread title, arashrad. As you know,

'Thread titles should include all or part of the word/phrase being discussed.'

Your title 'grammer' was useless and spelt wrong.

Put a comma after "nervous" and change "is" to "was".

Minor correction above.

You don't need "so". Also, put a comma after "threats".

It could be he was going to kidnap.

I would amalgamate all the suggestions above to make the sentence "I received many threats but none of them made me nervous except the one that said he was going to kidnap my daughter".

Wouldn't you put a comma before "but"?

That would be optional.

I would use the comma.
