Please tell me if my understanding is correct.
1) I will paint my room at nine o’clock tomorrow morning.
→ It means “painting” will start at nine o’clock tomorrow morning.
2) I will be painting my room at ten o’clock tomorrow morning.
→ It means “painting” will be in progress at ten o’clock tomorrow morning.
3) I will have painted my room by eleven o’clock tomorrow morning.
→ It means “painting” will be completed at some point before eleven o’clock tomorrow morning.
We cannot replace "by" with "at" here because the future perfect can’t be used with a specific time.
