Does it sound good and natural? I'm not sure about "above".

I'd say "I won't stay here more than 10 days"

I wouldn't use "above".

I'd say, "I won't stay here for more than 10 days."
 
For me, "I won't stay here more than 10 days" is acceptable. The "for" is optional.
 
You can also say "I won't stay here over ten days". It's not as common or natural though. We tend to use "over" more in the past tense when referring to time. "I've been here over five hours and no-one's even spoken to me yet". "The volcano has been rumbling for over a week."

It sounds a little strange without for to me- it doesn't sound wrong, but I would not say it. (BrE speaker)
 
I would use "for" but it is OK without it for me.
