I'm already the best in my field, no need to compare with others

Hi,

I notice that when I compare myself with others, I don't feel happy at all. My peers might have better jobs than I have but I never give up learning English even though I have never had a chance to study in a university. I think there are many people who are better than me but I'm always the best in my world. I wrote a sentence to express the idea:

I'm already the best in my field, no need to compare with others.

I say this to make myself better.

I wonder if the italic sentence is good.

No. Change field for a start. That makes it sound like you're talking about your profession.

You also need an object of compare. In this case, 'compare myself'. Then fix the punctuation to make two sentences.

Is this version better? May I ask how you would express this idea?

Read post #2 again.
I didn't see your second sentence just now. I wonder if the following version is good now:

I'm already the best in my world. No need to compare myself with others.

In informal English that's fine but the second sentence is not grammatically complete. Can you work out what needs to be added?

I think grammatically this is better. I wonder if native speakers of English would say something like this. If not, could you please give me your version?

I'd say something like "I'm already the best I can be" or "I'm already the best version of myself".

I think you mean: I didn't see your second sentence until just now.

Perhaps:

I'm already the best at it of anybody I know. I have no need to compare myself to others.

I would only use the second sentence.
