And furniture business area was immensely shocked by IKEA’s invasion. IKEA sells simple and fine furniture, and the items are cheap enough to change with trend. Young people from their twenties to forties who were sensitive to trends were fascinated by IKEA’s items. The type of Korean furniture has changed from long-lasting one to trendy one to decorate house with.

Are the underlined correct?

IKEA has simply been selling its products in the Korean market. I wouldn't call that an invasion. Perhaps:

Domestic producers were unprepared for the entry of IKEA into the Korean market.

I would say:

People from their twenties to their forties ....

And perhaps:

Korean furniture has changed from the kind designed to last for generations to the kind designed to change with trends.

If we feel it's a kind of invasion, don't these two work?

1. The furniture business area was
immensely shocked by IKEA’s invasion

2. IKEA’s invasion was immensely shocking to the furniture business area.

If we want to emphasize the furniture's decorating function, can we insert the underlined?

It doesn't make sense to me.
:-?

If we feel it's a kind of invasion ....

By that reasoning Toyota, Hyundai, and other Asian countries have invaded America.

I assume you meant Asian brands.

Maybe "invasion" is a wrong term, it could be "attack".
I'm not sure which is correct anyways, this kind of term is frequently used in economic articles in Korea.
This doesn't intend to be aggressive or offensive. In every industry, there's competition, so this kind of term is generally used as a metaphor.

Two things. One, I prefer invasion to attack. Two, I guess it makes sense in the right context.
