Is comma required before "many" and is "each other" unnecessary?

"In my country, many people love to kiss when they meet each other."

Note comma in your question, (comma here between two independent thoughts) and "each other" could be used if referring to two people.

They might be unnecessary, but my preference is that they be there rather than not. (In both cases.)

Should I use "one another" or "each other"?

Some silly pedants used to say: use each other for two people and one another for more than two. Horsefeathers! You can always use each other.

I think we studied this rule at school. If I can always use "each other", can I also use "one another" for two people or is it used for more than two people only?

Further to what Yankee said, they are freely interchangeable.
