Would you please introduce me any website to know about different internet problem vocabulary. In my online classes, I usually face different internet related problems like the slow speed of the internet and I would like to know how to say them in English.

Whenever I need to know lots of words used in a specific area, I find the best thing to do is to just Google 'XXX terminology'. Try Googling "internet terminology" (without the quotation marks) and you'll get loads of useful information.
