Jane has been having diarrhoea, vomiting and cough since last week.

Jane has had diarrhoea, vomiting and cough since last week.

Which is the correct sentence?

Thanks.

Either works. I prefer the simple "has had". In general there should be a progressive here, but "has been having" is rather colloquial.

I would also use a cough.
