Which are correct:
1) I won't want a computer for just any price. It has to be affordable.
2) I won't just want a computer for any price. It has to be affordable.

3) I won't buy a computer for just any price. The price has to be reasonable.
4) I won't just buy a computer for any price. The price has to be reasonable.

I am pretty sure '1' and '3' work. I have strong doubts about '2' and '4'.

Something is only 'correct' if it effectively expresses what you mean and disambiguates what you don't mean. In this case, I'll assume you mean to use the phrase (not) just any price, as part of a (not) just any + noun phrase construction.

If you want a basic rule to follow, put the words just any as close as possible before the relevant noun phrase. The position of the not is not so important. Look at some dictionary examples to help get an idea of the use of (not) just any:
