Rocky: Oof. Well, I'm trying to live outside the traditional concept of time. So, could be weeks, could me months, could be a year and a half, no idea.

what does "live outside the traditional concept of time" mean?

Note my corrections above.

It means that Rocky is trying to live without thinking about time in the standard way everyone else does (hours, days, weeks, months, years).
