Is it with or without the "S"?

Or
2. I want to continue [with] my master's degree. study

Is it with or without the "S"? Should I use "master" or "masters"?

Please note my corrections and comments above. As you can see, the correct term is "master's degree", which is sometimes abbreviated to "master's".
