"Ninty percent chances out of hundred are that you will die."

Please check.

It's ninety per cent certain that you will die.

Actually, it's 100% certain that you will die at some time.

Are my sentences absolutly wrong?

You can write ninety percent, ninety out of a hundred or nine out of ten. They are synonyms. You can't write "ninety percent out of a hundred."

No. "Ninety per cent" means "ninety out of a hundred". Your version equates to "ninety out of a hundred out of a hundred". Just use "It's ninety percent certain that you will die". However, as Piscean already pointed out, it's "100% certain that you will die". Everybody dies.
