My sister likes spaghetti but I don't like Spaghetti.
Here is it correct to say:
1) I'm opposite my sister.
2) I'm opposite of my sister.
3) I'm opposite point my sister.
4) I'm opposite point of my sister.
Or maybe another wayto say that? What is the most natural way?

You could say:

I am the opposite of my sister.
