Please see the attached image of mock-up / presentation of the installation of Chinese umbrella on the ceiling and fixing method. We didn't cut the handle of the umbrella and we hanged an umbrella upside down from the ceiling with a custom-made metal bracket. As per the specs provided, the umbrellas to be hanged on the ceiling at various heights. If we need to install them at different heights, we would need to remove the handle and reduce the height of bamboo shaft of the umbrella as per the height require so that we can install them at different heights with small custom-made metal brackets.

With reference to your email on the above subject. That's not a sentence.

Please see the attached image of mock-up / presentation of the installation of a/the/your/our Chinese umbrella on the ceiling and the fixing method. We didn't cut the handle of the umbrella, [commas separate the parts of compound sentences] and we hung an umbrella upside down from the ceiling with a custom-made metal bracket. As per the specs provided, the umbrellas [are] to be hung on the ceiling at various heights. If we need to install them at different heights, we would need to remove the handles [because each has its own handle] and reduce the height of the bamboo shafts of the umbrellas as per the height require so that we can install them at different heights with small custom-made metal brackets.

Hanged and hung have two very different meanings. Look them up!
