Pronunciation of "Success"/səkˈses/, /sʌkˈses/,

According to OALD, the IPA of success is /səkˈses/, but sometimes I hear some people pronounce /sʌkˈses/, I wonder if /sʌkˈses/ is a common pronunciation in native speaking. Thanks.

I don't like her first pronunciation 18) because I usually hear a schwa e, not a u, and I've never heard anyone use the second 48) or third 51).

She speaks slowly and clearly, which seems (to me) to make her speech a bit unnatural.

It is indeed more natural. It's odd that she models a sound that she doesn't use herself in ordinary speech.
