Hi.
Hope this email finds you well.
1. I would like to ask if there is a difference in the meaning between
(a) registered - eg. He successfully registered with the club in 2019.
(b) was registered - eg. He was successfully registered with the club in 2019.
(c) had registered - eg. He had successfully registered with the club in 2019.
(d) had been registered - eg. He had been successfully registered with the club in 2019.
2. Which of those would be best to express a once-off registration that took place in the past and that registration still remains valid.
Thank you in advance.
