I play [STRIKE]a[/STRIKE] the drum in day times (during the day) because drum kick shock transfers (what do you mean by this?) along the walls. We should be extremely careful in playing the drum at night as it would disturb[STRIKE]s[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]my[/STRIKE] our neighbor[STRIKE]’s rest[/STRIKE]. It takes lots of attention (concentration) to play [STRIKE]a[/STRIKE] the drum.
But I like to play a drum. When playing a drum, physical movement is so hard , so it can be some exercise for me, And playing fast and powerful music also relieves/releases my stress.

Playing the drum requires vigorous movements of the arms which provides good exercise for me. And playing along with fast and powerful music relieves stress.

Please let me know which is proper in the underline parts.

See above.

Do you really play only one drum?

In that case, we say "I play the drums".

Perhaps:

I like to play the drum, but I don't do it at night, because it could disturb my neighbor's rest.

The last sentence in the first paragraph doesn't fit there.

(underlined parts)

Playing the drum

It takes lots of attention to play a drum.

Perhaps:

It requires a lot of focus to play a drum

Or:

You have really concentrate to play a drum.

Well, you do have to be awake.

Playing the drum

Perhaps:

I like to play the drums. It's fun! And there is a lot of movement. A lot of movement. It's really quite good exercise. And it reduces stress.

:-D

Don't you say "release stress" as well? Does it sound awkward?

No, with "stress", you use one of these: reduce/relieve/overcome. It is not like releasing pressure from a tyre.

For this, the implication is that "I have to care about too many things not to disturb my neighbors when playing drums."
So a better expression could be "We should be extremely cautious/careful in playing drums", which is similar to the previous sentence.

It takes lots of attention (concentration) to play a the drum.
See above.

I don't.

I like that combination--one word beginning with the same sound the other one ends with. (I'm an amateur poet.) But that doesn't mean I'd use that word combination except maybe in a weird rhyme. Here we go!

When you release your stress do you know where it goes?
Out of your fingers and out of your toes!
;-)

(If I was at your house would you let me play your drums?)
:)

I'm going to go lie down now.
;-)

See above.

For "drum kick shock", there is a pedal at the bottom of the drum kit to kick to hit the bottom drum, which makes quit a loud noise.
But I'm not sure if this noise can be called "drum kick shock".

How about boom?

I spent all day banging on my drum. Drum! Drum!
I banged on my drum till my hands got numb.
:)

I can appreciate it that it helps to be in good shape if you're going to play the drums for an extended period of time. It can wear you out.
:)

So can I change like this?

drum kick shock transfers along the walls.
=> The boom of the kick on the bottom drum transfers along the walls.

Yes. (Either term is fine with me.)

(I give up.)
