Hi, I am a new member and it's my first post!
I have some doubts about this rephrasing exercise, could you help me?
How would you do this sentences?

- You can take any of the routes; it will still take you 3 hours to get there.
-When I saw them in the pub, they were talking very earnestly.
- Would Monday, January 23rd, be convenient for you?

And this one in which you must use this word:
The organiser’s action almost amounted to negligence. (SHORT)

Thanks so much!

Hi Bascu, and welcome to the forum. :hi:

We don't answer homework questions here. If these are homework questions, please do your best to answer them and submit them to your teacher. When you get the assignment back, feel free to ask us any questions you have.

I have some questions myself.
:)

Also, I have never heard of doing sentences before. Instead, I would say:

How would you rewrite these sentences?

Or:

How would you rephrase these sentences?
