He slapped the heart out of his chest.
He punched the eye out of his socket.
He kicked the kidney out of his belly.
Are the above sentences natural and grammatically correct?

The sentences are grammatically correct but are not natural in AmE. Where did you find these sentences?

They are unnatural in all varieties of English. Where did you find them?

I watch series "How I met your mother", it was mentioned in it.

I watch the series "How I Met Your Mother". [strike]it was[/strike] They were mentioned in it.

See above.

I've never heard any of those phrases before but sometimes TV show writers invent phrases they like the sound of.

I've never watched that series and now I'm delighted that I haven't.

so, how do I say it correctly if I wanted to say that he slapped her so hard that her heart popped out of her chest?

That is an extremely unlikely situation!

So (no comma required here) how do I say it correctly if I wanted to say that he slapped her so hard that her heart popped out of her chest?

No one said that the original wasn't correct. It's just unnatural. That means we can't imagine saying it or hearing it. I'm sure you know that it's not possible to slap someone so hard that their heart pops out of their chest so the phrase could be used simply to make the listener understand that he slapped her very hard.

I have watched it and don't remember any phrases like that. I wonder if he has transcribed something wrong.

I haven't seen the show, but I took them to be hyperbole. Similar to slapping somebody hard enough to 'knock the white off a paper plate'.

I watch series "How I met your mother", it was mentioned in it.
In future, bebe heart, please give us the context in post #1 to save everybody's time.

Mostly I have heard "slap the s*it out of someone".

Well, that's a softer blow. Some people are already so full of it they're brimming over, so a gentle tap will push it on out. :-D

I would bet thousands that Soothing_Dave is right: the OP only imagines that he/she heard any of those phrases on television.

It's she not he, I watched it before yesterday, when martial try to freak barnie out that he has slapped the heart out of a man, who he imagined as Ted mozbie. Sorry if I didn't spell the names correctly.
