Does the sentence make sense and natural? And we used commonly in English speaking countries?

Somebody tells me you are wrong, you are crazy to make a excuse to tell yourself you are correct.

It makes no sense to me. Could you try to re-write the whole thing to give us an idea of the message you are trying to convey?

The ideas from a young man and his grilfriend. They are arguing with each other. Is it ok now?
