Is this sentence [STRIKE]grammerly[/STRIKE] grammatically right?

"Starting the day right with a cup of tea."
It's not a complete sentence. It's in a caption-like style that's popular in social media. The reader understands that it begins with an unwritten "I'm".

Don't use this style in formal writing.
