I am reading "The Scarlet Dress" on Kindle. I hit upon the expression "the rickety flume, which Camille deVillars' parents, the founders of the park, had had built to their own bespoke specifications;" in the Chapter 7, at the position 475/4470.
Is "had had built" correct? Or just a typo?
