Hi.

My friend asked me to keep warm because the temperature will drop tonight. He also said that the winter is coming. But I read the weather forecast today and it says that a few days later (three days or so) the temperature will go up again. I said to my friend like this "The temperature will rise again three days later".

I wonder if the italic sentence is natural.

three days later?!

Surely you must know that that's incorrect. What's the correct way to talk about a point in the future relative to now?

My friend: Silver. Today the temperature will drop and the winter is coming.
Silver: No. The temperature will rise again three days later.

This was almost what we were taling about. Do you mean "three days from now". I'm sorry, I don't know what to say about the point in the future relative to now. Please enlighten.

Say in three days.

"The temperature will rise again in three days".

Is my new sentence okay in spoken English?

It's okay, but there's something of a biblical ring to it.

May I know your version which doesn't sound biblical and sound natural in spoken BE?

I would say:

It will warm up again.

I've never heard anybody say "the winter'.

It's certainly true that winter is coming. And with winter comes winter cold and winter wind. And winter wind brings winter snow.
:)

On the third day they rose again, in fulfillment of the forecast.

This sounds like sentences from the Bible. I have an English version of it.
