Hello, everyone. Should I use 'it/they', or repeat 'their companies'?

1. It is those who love competition that bring innovation to their company and help it stay at the top of its game.

2. It is those who love competition that bring innovation to their companies and help them stay at the top of their game.
3. It is those who love competition that bring innovation to their companies and help their companies stay at the top of their game.

Use the pronouns.

Thanks, GoesStation.
Does either 'it' or 'them' work? Don't you think 'them' in the second sentence confusing?
Sentences one and two are okay. "Them" clearly refers to "companies" in sentence two.
