Even though I live in Korea, my favorite beach is in Guam. The Ritidian beach is most beautiful beach on the northern/north side of Guam. There are two reasons for why the beach is so clean. Firstly/First, the condition of the road to the beach is so bumpy.
So it prevents/keeps/stops many people from visiting the beach.
Second/Secondly, there is visiting time restriction to keep that area clean.
1.The beach opens only from 9am to 4pm
2.The beach opens 9am to 4pm only.

========================================Could you let me know if the underlined parts are correct?
For 1 and 2, which is more suitable?

The beach is only open from 9 to 4.

I suggest:

There are two reasons that the beach is so clean.

And:

There are visiting time restrictions.

Use First or Firstly. Either is acceptable. Choose a form and stick with it.
:)

Normally, yes. It would unusual for an event to start at 9pm and last until 4am, so you would have to specify.

Can you say this to avoid repetition of "beach"?

The Ritidian beach on the northern/north side of Guam is most beautiful one I've ever seen.

Sure. I might say it like this:

Ritidian Beach (northern Guam) is the most beautiful one I've seen. And then maybe go on to talk about shimmering white sands, deep blue sea, and glowing orange-red sunsets.
:)

Which do you say in the blank?

Ritidian Beach (in northern Guam/in the norther Guam/on northern Guam) is the most beautiful one I've seen.

I prefer in northern Guam. Or on the northern shore of Guam.

(You make me want to go see it, but Myrtle Beach is much closer, and I haven't seen that one yet.)

Now that I have seen both of them (via the internet) I have to agree that Ritidian Beach is quite picturesque. On the other hand, Myrtle Beach is a typical resort beach (crowded). You might say that Ritidian Beach is a good place to visit if you don't like crowds.

You don't even need "one".

Ritidian Beach, in the north of Guam, is the most beautiful I've ever seen.
