hellow, can someone help me with this email that i want to send to a customer :) thank you

We Apologize that your product will unable to receive based on the delivery time that we mentioned in the previous email.
There was a bit of delay in the vessel shipping schedule, and that caused your package order "Lithium-ion batteries" to arrive later than it was meant to be.
The transshipment from one vessel to another is the reason for the late shipment and we regret the occurrence of this event.
You can also find a tracking number for your order at the bottom of this email to track your current order.
The expected date of arrival of the shipment to Beirut port is on the 16th of January. Once it arrives we shall mutually agree on the date for their installation.

*I was slightly confused by the sudden mention of "installation". Up to that point, it sounded as if you were waiting for a shipment to arrive before sending the batteries on to the customer.

I think delivery would work better than installation.

I have already send sent it to someone and he was disappointed how by/at the way I wrote this email. In any case, I really appreciate your help. for the Next time, I will try to put my text here before I send it so you guys can help me to write it correctly.

Note my corrections above. You must capitalise the word "I" every time you write it. End every sentence with an appropriate punctuation mark.
You can say "Thank you very much" or "Thanks a lot", but not "Thank you a lot".
