We are now facing / experiencing an another issue with assembling of 52U racks. One of the racks supplied does not have rear accessory channels. It should have been attached to the frame, but nothing was found.

Please tell me which one I should write? facing or experiencing. Is the sentence grammatically correct and natural?

Please tell me which one whether I should write no question mark here "facing" or "experiencing". Is Are the sentences grammatically correct and natural?

Of the two, I would use "experiencing". However, I would actually start with "There is another issue with ...".
