Is it possible to rewrite the first sentence like the second and third ones?

1- We have not included the article in our past contracts.

2-There is no record to show that we have included the article in our past contracts.

3-There is no background of including the article in our past contracts.

#2 and #3 do not say that you didn't include the article; they just say there is no record or evidence that you did.
