Do you think the following sentences are possible?

1) What did you say it was?
2) Did you say what it was?
3) What did you know it was?
4) Did you know what it was?

If sentences are grammatically possible, could you tell me the reason?

Possibly—it depends on the context.

Do you have any?

These two have clearly different meanings.

The first is looking for a fact as a response; the second is looking for 'Yes' or 'No' (and perhaps the fact).
The first is based on the fact that the person addressed did say what it was. The second isn't; the speaker does not know whether the person addressed said what it was.

Thank you so much.
Actually I have more deeper questions. But I will open a new thread because I have to organize my deepr questions clearly.

Actually I have more, deeper, questions no full stop here but I will open a new thread because I have to organize my deeper questions clearly.

Please note my corrections above. As you wrote it, you were saying "more deeper", which is not grammatical. Note that I have changed your thread title. Titles should be unique and relevant to the thread, and include some/all of the words/phrases you are asking us about. Please bear that in mind for your next thread.
