Re: What is a better way of getting feedback?

Note my corrections above.

Please don't refer to users here as "sir". It is overly formal and it suggests you assume the person is male. We are not all male!

I'll keep that in mind.

Now (no comma here) it's done. sir. :-D

I have seen comma placed right after the adverb 'now' when written at the beginning of a sentence.

In a different context, a comma would be appropriate.

Could you enlighten me more on that?

Re: What is a better way of getting feedback?

When "Now" refers to "Right now/at this exact moment in time", no comma is necessary.

Now I'm going to make dinner.
Now you need to wash your hands.

When "Now" means "So" or "Let's go on to the next thing" (or similar), a comma is necessary.

Now, what was it you said you wanted for dinner?
Now, where shall we go tomorrow?

Doesn't the adverb 'now' in the second example refers to 'at this time or exact moment'?

No. It's just an introductory word. It suggests that the other person already said what they wanted for dinner but the speaker has forgotten.

Re: What is a better way of getting feedback?

I am sorry I didn't see 'tomorrow' at the end. It's clear now.

Also, the natural way of asking the final question if it referred to this exact moment in time would be "Where shall we go now?" not "Now where shall we go?" The latter isn't entirely wrong but it's less likely.
