What is called a tour with other unknown people?

I am going to Mexico to Playa del Carmen and writing to travel companies that I am alone and would like to join a group of other tourists to go for a tour from Playa del Carmen to Tulum. How do you call that tour where you join other people? Because I would like to simply ask:

"Do you offer _____ tours?"

I mean, I don't want a private tour but a tour with other unknown people.
