They're all grammatically correct and possible. Without any context, that's all we can say.

I think "disappointed" is probably a better word. A person regrets something they did or didn't do. Unless you own the movie company it's not your decision who directs the movie. You might wish you had been hired to do it, but that's different. (It's probably not the owner who makes that decision, but hopefully I made my point.)
