I have a list of keywords. Each keyword has a different color. The change will affect all colors.

Before change:
- red
- green
- yellow

After change:
- black
- magenta
- purple

Knowing this, should I use "colour" or "colours" in the plural form in an imperative sentence?

or,
2. Change the colours of keywords.

You need "the" before "keywords".

When the word "certain" is used it is necessary to specify after the text which keywords were changed or not necessarily? In other words does "certain" calls for an explanation?
